Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Orders Returned Within 30 Days Go To Top
All returns and exchanges must be in original (brand new) condition and include all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. Items may be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date for a full refund. You must have an authorized RMA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RMA number. Please contact us for a RMA #. A representative will email you back within 24 hours with an RMA number that must be written on all sides of the packaging the returned item is being shipped in. If you have any further questions please contact us.
Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return process (Shipping costs). We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase including but not limited to upgraded and international shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You should expect your refund or exchange to process within one week from the delivery date to us assuming the above conditions are met. That includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. 2. Orders Returned After 30 days Go To Top
After 30 days there will be no returns or exchanges. We feel that 30 days with a product or accessory gives any customer ample time to use, compare, and decide on whether the product is right for you.

Our foreign return/exchange policy is based on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, custom fees and taxes we will do our best to accommodate such a request within our discretion but at the same time keeping you, the customer satisfied.
